We are proud to be a sponsor at this years 61st annual Seed & Hay Show hosted in Red Deer this year. The displays of this years participants was prominantly located in the main lobby in Red-Deer's ENMAX stadium at the very well attended 2009 Agri-Trade convention and trade show.
Winners of this years Green Feed awards are Martien, Peter and Evert Huyzer of Huntcliffe Dairies accepting First and Fourth Place awards. Dave Hughes of Didsbury won second in both the Green Feed (Domestic) and Green Feed (Export) classes.
According to this years show organizer, Ken Ryning of Olds College, "this competition does help our Canadian participants seek inter-provincial and international recognition for their products". "The fact that analysis is conducted by accredited laboratories also lends weight to these awards and would be valued by potential buyers seeking new suppliers of feed and forage in Canada" said Chris Bolton, CEO of Benchmark Labs.
We look forward to supporting the 62nd annual Seed & Hay Show and strongly encourage our agricultural clients to participate in next years competition.
